摘　　要：细胞外囊泡(EVs)由体内多种细胞分泌产生,可介导不同细胞之间的信号交流,分为外泌体、微粒/微泡和凋亡小体。间充质干细胞(MSC)是一类来源于中胚层的成体干细胞,具有多向分化的潜能,其分泌的EVs对于细胞发育以及组织修复再生的过程均具有重要意义。MSC来源的EVs(MSC-EVs)在肺疾病的治疗中具有广阔的临床应用前景,其可抑制成纤维细胞和肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和分化,也可减少促炎性细胞因子的释放,降低肺部炎症水平。此外,MSC-EVs还可作为药物运输载体,规避细胞疗法的不足。因此,未来应进一步完善EVs的分离、提纯等关键技术并进一步探索其治疗肺疾病的分子机制,从而为疾病的治疗提供帮助。Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are secreted by a variety of cells,which can mediate communication between different cells.EVs are categorized into exosomes,microvesicles and apoptotic bodies.Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)are derived from mesoderm,which have the potential of multidirectional differentiation,and the EVs secreted by MSC are important for cell development and tissue repair and regeneration.MSC derived EVs(MSC-EVs)also have great clinical applicative prospects for the treatment of lung diseases,which can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and differentiation of fibroblasts and tumor cells,reduce the release of proinflammatory factors and reduce the level of lung inflammation.In addition,MSC-EVs can also be used as drug delivery carriers to circumvent the deficiencies of cell therapy.Therefore,in the future,we should further improve the key technologies such as the separation and purification of EVs and further explore the molecular mechanism of EVs in the treatment of lung diseases,so as to provide help for the treatment of the diseases.
