摘  要:在基因组非编码基因特异性的RNA分子表达产物中,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)广泛参与代谢、免疫等关键病理生理过程,与肿瘤、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病等的发生发展密切相关。随着lncRNA种类数量的不断增加,其在肾脏疾病中的作用越来越受到关注。膜性肾病(MN)是我国常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,严重威胁人们的健康和生命。lncRNA,尤其是X非活性特异性转录物、浆细胞瘤变体易位1参与MN的发生发展。但目前关于lncRNA在MN中的作用机制研究较少,深入研究lncRNA在MN中的作用机制,可能为MN的诊断及治疗提供新的治疗靶点。Among the expression products of RNA molecules specific to non-coding genes in the genome,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is widely involved in key pathological and physiological processes such as metabolism and immunity,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor,cardiovascular,nervous system and other diseases.With the increasing number of discovered lncRNA species,the role of lncRNA in kidney disease has attracted more and more attention.Membranous nephropathy(MN)is a common primary glomerulonephritis in China that can seriously threaten people′s health and life.LncRNA,especially X-inactive specific transcript and plasmacytoma variant translocation 1,are involved in the occurrence and development of MN.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of action of lncRNA in MN,in-depth study of which may provide new therapeutic targets for the diagnosis and treatment of MN.
