摘 要:软骨损伤是骨关节炎发病过程中最主要的病理表现之一。由于关节软骨特殊的生理结构,其自身的再生修复能力受到限制。近年来,骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)外泌体在促进关节软骨细胞再生领域显示出良好的效果及应用前景,逐渐成为研究的热点。其作为核内体内陷后形成的囊泡,凭借其富含的生物因子调控细胞间的生理、病理活动,包括炎症反应、氧化应激反应及免疫反应等,并在骨关节炎软骨修复中发挥重要作用,但其具体作用机制目前尚未明确。因此,未来深入研究BMSCs外泌体在膝骨关节炎软骨修复中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Cartilage injury is one of the most important pathological manifestations in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.Due to the special physiological structure of articular cartilage,its regeneration and repair are limited.In recent years,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)exosomes have shown efficacy and potential application prospects in promoting the regeneration of articular chondrocytes and gradually become a research hotspot.As a vesicle formed after invagation in the nucleus,it regulates intercellular physiological and pathological activities,including inflammatory response,oxidative stress response and immune response,with its rich biological factors,and plays an important role in osteoarthritis cartilage repair,but its specific mechanism of action is not yet clear.Therefore,future in-depth studies of the mechanism of BMSCs exosomes in cartilage repair in knee osteoarthritis can provide new therapeutic ideas.
