摘  要:病理学检查是诊断脊柱结核(STB)的金标准之一,但常因组织标本送检类型的不同及检查方法的不同而影响病理诊断的价值。临床主要以常规苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法光镜下的结果作为病理诊断依据,然而HE染色法诊断率较低,其他的病理学方法主要包括抗酸染色、荧光染色、分子病理学方法等,其中分子病理学在多种疾病的诊断中具有重要价值,能够为STB的诊断提供帮助,在STB的诊疗过程中选择合理的病理检查方法并将不同病理检查方法结合可提高STB组织病理学诊断的准确率。今后在STB的组织病理学中应重点关注分子病理学技术,以有效提高STB的诊断率。Pathological examination is one of the gold standards for the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis(STB).However,the value of pathological diagnosis is often affected by the different types of tissue specimens sent for examination and the different examination methods.The clinical pathological diagnosis is mainly based on the results obtained by conventional hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining under light microscope,however,the diagnosis rate by HE staining is low.Other pathological methods mainly include acid-fast staining,fluorescence staining,and molecular pathology.Molecular pathology has a great value in the diagnosis of various diseases and can help the diagnosis of STB.Selecting a reasonable pathological examination method in the diagnosis and treatment of STB and combining different pathological examination methods can improve the accuracy of histopathological diagnosis of STB.In the future,molecular pathology should be emphasized in the histopathology of STB to effectively improve the diagnosis rate of STB.
