摘 要:骨关节炎(OA)是一种常见的退行性骨关节疾病,临床表现为关节肿胀、疼痛等。随着人口老龄化程度逐渐加重,OA发病率及致残率显著增加,给个人和社会造成了严重的负担。免疫系统参与OA的发病过程,在OA的发生发展中扮演重要角色,为后续预防和治疗OA奠定了理论基础。物理因子治疗作为一种无创的治疗措施,可以通过减轻机体免疫炎症反应,缓解OA患者疼痛并改善关节功能。目前,基于免疫机制的物理因子治疗已经成为OA治疗的新方向。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common degenerative bone and joint disease with clinical manifestations such as joint swelling and pain.With the gradual increase of population aging,the incidence and disability rate of OA have increased significantly,bringing a serious burden to the individuals and society.The immune system is involved in the pathogenesis of OA and plays an important role in the development of OA,which lays a theoretical basis for the subsequent prevention and treatment of OA.Physical factor therapy,as a non-invasive therapeutic measure,could relieve pain and improve joint function in the OA patients by reducing the immune inflammatory response of the body.Currently,physical factor therapy based on immune mechanisms has become a new direction in the treatment of OA.
