摘　　要：病理性瘢痕给患者带来极大的经济和精神负担,但其具体发病机制尚不清楚。目前病理性瘢痕的防治方法众多,但治疗方式的选择存在争议。近年来,皮肤再生医疗技术[湿润暴露疗法/湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)]在烧伤及各类慢性难愈合创面(糖尿病足、压疮等)中的疗效显著。MEBT/MEBO可通过调节成纤维细胞增殖,减少创面愈合后瘢痕形成,但具体作用机制尚不明确。由于MEBT/MEBO具有应用方便、经济的特点,了解MEBT/MEBO防治瘢痕的作用机制,有望为各类创面的病理性瘢痕的防治提供新选择。Pathological scarring imposes a great financial and emotional burden on patients,but its exact pathogenesis is not known.There are numerous methods to prevent and treat pathological scarring,but the choice of treatment is controversial.In recent years,skin regenerative medical technology[moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment(MEBT/MEBO)]has shown remarkable efficacy in burns and various chronic difficult-to-heal wounds such as diabetic foot and decubitus ulcer,etc.MEBT/MEBO can reduce scar formation after wound healing by regulating fibroblast proliferation,but the exact mechanism of action is not clear.Since MEBT/MEBO is easy to apply,economical,understanding of the mechanism of action of MEBT/MEBO in preventing and treating scarring is expected to provide new options for the prevention and treatment of pathological scarring in various types of wounds.
