摘　　要：原发性手汗症(PPH)是以双手多汗为主要症状的疾病,严重影响患者的日常生活及情绪。PPH目前尚无统一治疗方案,治疗方法主要包括全身用药、外用药物、局部注射药物、肉毒杆菌及辐射等非外科治疗方法以及介入治疗、手术治疗等外科治疗方法。外科治疗方法经过不断更新与改进,经历了从传统开放手术到目前流行的微创术式。其中,胸腔镜下胸交感神经节链离断术作为临床治疗PPH应用最广泛的微创术式,从应用以来就不断进行改进,在其基础上出现了手术的无管化与日间化,达到了更少的并发症和更佳的效果,但胸交感神经节链离断位置仍存在争议,从而吸引大量学者持续进行探索,以探索出较佳的神经节链离断位置,达到最好的疗效。Primary palmar hyperhidrosis(PPH)is a disease with excessive sweating of both hands as the main symptom,which seriously affects the daily life and mood of the patients.At present,there is no unified plan for the treatment of PPH,and there are non-surgical treatments such as systemic drugs,external drugs,local injection drugs,botulinum toxin and radiation,as well as interventional surgery and surgical treatment.Surgical treatment methods have been continuously updated and improved,from traditional surgery to the current popular minimally invasive surgery.As the most widely used minimally invasive surgical method for clinical treatment of PPH,endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy has been continuously improved since its application,and on its basis,there has been no tube surgery and daytime surgery,achieving fewer complications and better effect.However,the location of thoracic sympathetic ganglion chain disconnection is still controversial,which has attracted a large number of scholars to continue to explore the optimal location to achieve the best efficacy.
