摘 要:细胞信号转导是生物体内一张庞大的信息网络,包括细胞内信号转导和细胞间信号转导,控制着细胞的代谢及生存。一氧化氮(NO)是在细胞信号转导过程中涉及广泛的一种关键信号分子,一氧化氮合酶(NOS)是催化NO生成的关键酶。NO和NOS广泛分布于机体不同系统的细胞中,通过基因编码、构型变化、化学修饰、亚细胞定位等方式密切参与细胞信号转导通路的构建及调节。此外,不同系统中,NO及NOS表现多样,在健康或疾病状态下发挥不同的作用,影响着多种疾病的发病和康复过程。随着研究的深入,NO及NOS很有可能成为疾病精准诊断及治疗的靶点。Cell signal transduction is a huge information network in living organisms,including intracellular signaling and intercellular signaling,which controls cell metabolism and survival.Nitric oxide(NO)is a key signaling molecule widely involved in cell signaling processes,and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)is a key enzyme catalyzing the generation of NO.NO and NOS are widely distributed in the cells of different systems of the body,and are closely involved in the construction and regulation of cell signal transduction pathways by means of gene coding,configuration changes,chemical modification,and subcellular localization etc.In addition,NO and NOS are diverse in different systems,which play different roles in healthy or disease states,affecting the onset and rehabilitation process of many diseases.With the deepening of the research,NO and NOS are likely to become the targets for accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
