摘　　要：鲍曼不动杆菌是一种常引起医院感染的重要条件致病菌,随着抗菌药物耐药性的不断增长,鲍曼不动杆菌也备受关注。鲍曼不动杆菌的致病机制与其产生的毒力因子有关,目前广泛研究的毒力因子主要包括外膜蛋白、脂多糖、生物膜以及养分获取系统、分泌系统和群体感应系统等。此外,宿主免疫反应在抵御细菌入侵方面也发挥了重要作用。感染的治疗不仅取决于抗菌药物的效果,还取决于细菌的毒力和宿主的免疫反应,因此未来深入研究毒力因子的致病机制以及机体免疫反应,可以为控制细菌感染的靶向治疗提供新思路。Acinetobacter baumannii(A.baumannii)is an important opportunistic pathogen that often causes nosocomial infections,which has attracted much attention with the continuous growth of antimicrobial resistance.The pathogenic mechanism of A.baumannii is related to a variety of virulence factors produced by A.baumannii.Currently,virulence factors widely studied mainly include outer membrane proteins,lipopolysaccharides,biofilms,nutrient acquisition system,secretion system and quorum sensing system.Besides,the host immune response also plays an important role in defending against bacterial invasion.Since the treatment of infection depends not only on the efficacy of antimicrobial agents,but also on the virulence of the bacteria and the host immune response,it is necessary to understand the pathogenesis of bacterial virulence factors and how the body′s immune system responds to these pathogens,which can provide new ideas for targeted therapy to control bacterial infection in the future.
