摘  要:骨质疏松症(OP)的根本原因在于骨吸收和骨形成的失衡,其各种防治手段均是基于多种细胞的各信号通路及相应因子调控成骨细胞、破骨细胞的自身行为,从而维持骨矿物质稳态和强度,故阐明各信号通路的潜在机制具有重要意义。作为介导细胞内外刺激信号的重要转导通路,促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路可控制各种细胞的活动,在调控成骨细胞和破骨细胞增殖、分化、凋亡中发挥重要作用,因此深入探讨MAPK信号通路在OP发生中的作用,可为OP的预防及治疗提供参考依据。The fundamental cause of osteoporosis(OP)is the imbalance between bone resorption and bone formation.The prevention and treatment methods all aim to regulate the behavior of osteoblast and osteoclasts based on various signaling pathways and corresponding factors of various cells,so as to maintain the homeostasis and strength of bone minerals.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the potential mechanisms of each signaling pathway.As an important transduction pathway mediating intracellular and extracellular stimulation signals,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway plays an important role in controlling various cell activities,and regulating the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.Therefore,an in-depth study of the role of MAPK signaling pathway in the occurrence of OP can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of OP.
