摘　　要：轻度胃肠炎伴婴幼儿良性惊厥(BICE)是一种婴幼儿在罹患胃肠炎期间伴发的良性无热惊厥现象。轻度胃肠炎多由微生物感染所致,良性惊厥则是由脑细胞功能紊乱后神经元异常放电引起。虽然BICE预后良好,但若未能及时诊治可威胁患儿生命。近年我国儿童患BICE的比例逐渐升高,需引起高度关注。关于BICE的发病机制目前尚未明确,可能与轮状病毒感染有关,同时关于辅助诊断BICE的血清学相关检测指标目前也尚未统一,均需未来进一步研究明确。Benign infantile convulsions with mild gastroenteritis(BICE)is a benign afebrile seizure phenomenon that accompanies the gastroenteritis in infants and young children.Mild gastroenteritis is mostly caused by microbial infection.Benign convulsions are caused by abnormal neuronal firing after disturbance of brain cell function.Although BICE has a good prognosis,failure to provide timely diagnosis and treatment is life threatening for the child.In recent years,the proportion of children suffering from BICE in China has been increasing,which needs to be highly concerned.The pathogenesis of BICE is still unclear,which may be related to the infection of rotavirus,and the serologic detection indicators for assisting the diagnosis of BICE are also inconclusive,so further researches are needed for clarification in the future.
