温经活血方联合艾盐热敷在化疗性静脉炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析温经活血方联合艾盐热敷在化疗性静脉炎中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2021年2月唐山市中医医院收治的120例化疗性静脉炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。其中,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用温经活血方联合艾盐热敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化,疼痛缓解时间、红肿缓解时间以及临床疗效。结果CRP、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平组间、时点间的主效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),时点间与组间存在交互作用(P<0.01);治疗后,CRP、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组CRP、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛缓解时间、红肿缓解时间明显短于对照组[(1.28±0.64)d比(2.14±0.71)d,(2.38±0.97)d比(4.11±1.05)d](P<0.01)。研究组总有效率高于对照组[95.00%(57/60)比78.33%(47/60)](P<0.01),研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在化疗性静脉炎中采用温经活血方联合艾盐热敷,能降低炎症因子水平,有效加快患者疼痛和红肿缓解,提高临床疗效。Objective To analyze the application effect of Wenjing Huoxue formula combined with mugwort salt hot compress in chemotherapeutic phlebitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis admitted to Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Mar.2018 to Feb.2021 were included and divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment regiments,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Wenjing Huoxue formula combined with mugwort salt hot compress.The changes of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels,pain relief time,redness relief time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in the main effects of CRP,IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αbetween groups and time points(P<0.01),and there were interactions between time points and groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time and redness relief time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(1.28±0.64)d vs(2.14±0.71)d,(2.38±0.97)d vs(4.11±1.05)d](P<0.01).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group[95.00%(57/60)vs 78.33%(47/60)](P<0.01),and the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis,Wenjing Huoxue formula combined with mugwort salt hot compress can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,effectively accelerate the relief of pain and redness in the patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.
