摘  要:目的 研究环境相对湿度对臭氧消毒机空气消毒效果的影响。方法 利用20 m^(3)空气模拟仓,通过空气消毒模拟现场试验和现场试验,评估臭氧消毒机在3种不同环境相对湿度条件下对空气中白色葡萄球菌和自然菌的杀灭效果。结果 在环境温度为(22±2)℃,相对湿度分别为(30±5)%、(60±5)%和(80±5)%条件下,臭氧消毒机运行30 min,空气中臭氧浓度分别为44.95mg/m^(3)、36.24 mg/m^(3)、29.63 mg/m^(3);对空气模拟仓中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率分别为99.17%、99.93%和99.99%;对房间空气中自然菌的杀灭率分别为83.09%、90.27%和99.56%。结论 臭氧消毒机的室内臭氧浓度和杀菌效果与环境湿度有关,室内空气相对湿度越高,臭氧浓度越低,杀菌效果越好。Objective To study the influence of ambient humidity on air disinfection effect of ozone sterilizer.Methods An air simulation chamber(20 m^(3)) was used to evaluate the killing effect of ozone disinfection machine on Staphylococcus albicans and natural bacteria in the air under three different relative humidity conditions through simulated field test and field test of air disinfection.Results Under the conditions of ambient temperature of(22±2)℃and humidity of(30±5)%,(60±5)% and(80±5)% respectively,after the ozone sterilizer was operated for 30 min,the ozone concentration in the air was 44.95 mg/m^(3),36.24 mg/m^(3)and 29.63 mg/m^(3),the killing rates of Staphylococcus albicans in the air simulation chamber were 99.17%,99.93% and 99.99%,respectively.The killing rates of natural bacteria in the air were 83.09%,90.27% and 99.56%,respectively.Conclusion The germicidal effect of ozone sterilizer was related to ambient humidity.The higher the ambient relative humidity was,the better the sterilization effect of ozone.
