摘　　要：随着后疫情时代的到来,国际贸易及出入境人员流动逐渐增多,我国国境口岸面临新发和多发传染病输入和输出的风险。如何对口岸新发和多发输入性传染病开展风险识别及预防控制,提高口岸输入性传染病监测预警水平,是后疫情时代卫生检疫面临的公共卫生问题。本文通过总结分析口岸输入性传染病风险识别的发展历程和现状,发现口岸输入性传染病风险识别中存在预警滞后性、风险识别指标体系差异大以及过度依赖风险体系模型导致疫情误判的问题,提出后疫情时代在口岸输入性传染病风险识别中要充分收集信息、正确甄别信息和恰当评估输入性传染病疫情信息的建议。With the advent of the post-epidemic era,international trade and gradually increasing flow of entry-exit personnel,China's frontier ports are facing with the risk of import and export of emerging and frequent infectious diseases.How to carry out risk identification,prevention and control of emerging and multiple imported infectious diseases at ports,improve the level of surveillance and early warning of imported infectious diseases at ports is a public health issue health quarantine faced in the post-epidemic era.By summarizing and analyzing the development history and current situation of risk identification of imported infectious diseases at ports,this paper found that there are some problems in risk identification and warning of imported infectious diseases,such as lag,large differences in risk identification index system and over dependant on risk system model leading to epidemic misjudgment.It was suggested that information should be fully collected,correctly screened and properly assessed in the risk identification of imported infectious diseases at ports in the post-epidemic era.
