金华市流动人口健康素养影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解金华市流动人口的健康素养现况,为制定流动人口的健康教育及促进干预措施提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层PPS整群随机方法,抽取金华市833名15~69岁流动人口进行健康素养专题入户调查,用SPSS 25.0软件分析数据。结果 调查对象的健康素养水平为15.61%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,流动人口在流出省份、年龄、文化程度及年收入等方面的健康素养水平差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.482~92.556,P<0.001);三维度健康素养水平中,基本知识最低,为22.81%;六大健康素养水平中最高的是传染病防治,为56.30%,最低的是慢性病防治,为8.16%。结论 金华市流动人口健康素养水平较低,应加强流动人口健康教育,对重点人群开展针对性的健康促进工作。Objective To understand the health literacy level and its influencing factors among migrant population in Jinhua,in order to provide theoretical support for health promotion work among migrant population.Methods Multi-stage stratified random PPS sampling method was conducted to recruit the study objects,833 migrants in Jinhua aged 15-69 years old were selected and participate in the household survey about health literacy-related information.Results The health literacy level of subjects was 15.61%.Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that different groups with different age,education,income per year and registered provinces had statistically different health literacy level (χ^(2)=22.482~92.556,P<0.001).From the three aspects,the level of basic information was the lowest(22.81%).The highest in the rate of six health problem literacy was infections disease prevention and control(56.30%),while chronic disease had the lowest level,8.16%.Conclusion The health literacy level of migrant population in Jinhua was low.The health education and promotion work of migrant population in Jinhua should be strengthen,intervention measures should be carried out focused on key population.
