摘　　要：RCEP的生效,意味着涵盖区域内发达国家、发展中国家和最不发达国家的世界最大自由贸易区正式落地。该区域语言丰富性、多样性和濒危性兼具,语言国情错综复杂且与我国境内语言有着紧密的联系。必须结合该区域语言国情现状,通过大力推广国际中文教育,利用英语塑造和宣传我国国家形象,培养并储备区域伙伴国家官方语种人才,加大对其濒危语种资源调查和保护的投入等多种途径和渠道,以加强服务于该区域的语言安全建设,从而助力RCEP协议的顺利实施,维护我国总体国家安全。The entry into force of the RCEP marks that the world's largest free-trade zone that covers developed,developing and the least underdeveloped countries of the world,has been officially launched.Language situation in this region are thus characteristic of colorfulness,diversity and complexity,and many of them have intrinsic connections with the languages spoken in China.Considering this complex language situation in the RCEP partner countries,we should vigorously take multiple measures,such as promoting the education of Teaching Chinese As An International Language,making full use of English to shape and propagandize China's national image,fostering and reserving talents of the official languages used in regional partner countries and endeavoring to investigate and protect the endangered languages so that we could reinforce the construction of language security for the RCEP partner countries,to facilitate the smooth implementation of the RCEP Agreement and to safeguard the holistic national security of China.
