摘 要:本文针对在取料装车系统中,计量工具皮带秤不可避免的存在计量误差。如何有效的避免皮带秤所存在的计量误差,保证火车装车的快速精准,需要寻求一套简便易行的计算公式,首先在一次取料量完成后,可以快速准确的计算出二次需求量,并将计量误差进行弥补。采用皮带秤与装车站计量系统为数据采集工具,通过采取一次取料计算出取料机皮带秤与火车装车站之间的计量误差,再二次取料时进行补偿修正,做到单列火车通过两次取料实现精准取料作业。As a measuring tool,the use of belt scale leads to inevitable measuring error in train-loading system.It is necessary to apply a set of simple and easy calculation formula so as to avoid the above error,and load material quickly and accurately to train.After reaching the primary feeding amount,the secondary demand shall be computed quickly and accurately,complete with the compensation of measuring error.The existing belt scale and the measuring system adopted in train loading station serve as data acquisition tools,which are used to calculate the error between the belt scale measuring result and that of the train loading station by taking the material once,and then compensation correction can be executed during the secondary material loading process.In the case,the application of a single train can achieve accurate material gathering by loading the material twice.
