摘 要:本文针对在役高桩码头的特点,从外观质量、构件裂缝、钢筋锈蚀、承载能力、沉降、位移等方面对高桩码头结构的梁、板、桩、桩帽、靠船构件和接岸结构等构件进行评估,确定在役高桩码头结构的安全性,建立了在役高桩码头结构安全性评估指标体系,基于传统层次分析法与改进层次分析法,分析对比两种权重计算方法对评估结果的影响及其适用性,最后结合模糊综合评判理论,运用隶属度函数方法,确定在役高桩码头的安全状况,为码头管理维修提供决策依据。Based on the characteristics of piled wharves in service,an evaluation is made for the structural safety of piled wharves in service from the aspect of appearance,structure fissures,reinforcing bar rusting,bearing capacity,sedimentation and displacement,including beams,slabs,piles,pile caps,berthing members and shore approaching structure.Furthermore,an index evaluation system is built for the above piled wharves in service.As two weight calculation methods,the traditional analytic hierarchy process is compared with the improved analytic hierarchy process to obtain the influences on the evaluation results and their applicability.By combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,Membership Function is used to determine the safety status of the piled wharves in service and provide decision-making basis for the management and maintenance of the wharves.
