摘 要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)具有超高的抗压、抗弯、抗折及耐疲劳性能,是水泥混凝土应用领域中的研究热点,目前对UHPC的研究主要集中于UHPC的配制技术、性能表征方面,对UHPC的施工工艺研究仍然较少。本文基于UHPC的施工工艺,从投料方式、搅拌机械、搅拌时长方面系统地研究搅拌工艺对UHPC的性能影响,通过运输时长和泵送方面评价UHPC的运输工艺的可实施性,研究施工工艺对UHPC性能的影响。结果表明UHPC施工工艺对UHPC的性能影响较大,施工过程中应严格控制搅拌时间及运输时长。Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has ultra-high resistance against compression,bending,flexure and fatigue,which is a research hot spot in the application field of cement and concrete.By now,the research on UHPC mainly involves in the mixing technology and performance of UHPC,and the construction process of UHPC needs to be further studied.Based on the construction process of UHPC,the influence of mixing process on the performance of UHPC is fully studied from the aspects of feeding way,mixing equipment and mixing duration.The transportation time is combined with pumping effect to evaluate the feasibility of UHPC transportation process,and study the influence of construction process on UHPC performance.The results show that construction process has great influence on the performance of UHPC,that is,the above mixing and transportation time shall be strictly controlled.
