摘 要:针对城区市政管道开挖修复施工过程中经常遇到的地上地下障碍物、深沟槽作业、占破路等问题,需要采用非开挖的方式对管道进行修复。静压裂管施工工艺因具备工期短、效率高、质量安全可靠等优点,近年来在市政管道非开挖修复领域得到广泛的应用。本文以六安市城区供排水一体化特许经营项目为背景,对静压裂管施工技术适用范围、工艺原理、工艺流程、施工方法以及功效等方面进行研究和论述。结果表明,在城区老旧管网改造工程中,和紫外光原位固化修复技术相比静压裂管施工工艺适用的管道缺陷类型和级别更加广泛,同时与开挖修复相比,管道埋深越深,静压裂管优势越明显,适用性越强。In the process of excavation and repair of municipal pipelines in urban areas,various obstacles such as surface and underground obstacles,deep trenches,and road occupation often occur,requiring non-excavation methods to repair pipelines.The construction technology of static pressure cracking pipe has been widely used in the field of non-excavation repair of municipal pipelines in recent years due to its advantages of short construction period,high efficiency,and reliable quality and safety.This article is based on the background of the integrated franchise project of urban water supply and drainage in Lu'an City,and conducts research and discussion on the applicable scope,process principle,process flow,construction method,and effectiveness of static pressure cracking pipe construction technology.The results show that in the renovation project of old pipeline networks in urban areas,static pressure cracking pipe construction technology is more widely applicable to pipeline defect types and levels compared with in situ curing repair technology using ultraviolet light.At the same time,compared with excavation and repair,the deeper the pipeline depth,the more obvious the advantages of static pressure cracking pipe,and the stronger its applicability.
