摘　　要：非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)是临床上极为常见的疾病,临床表现为长期反复发作的下腰部疼痛,其发病机制较复杂,目前具体病因尚不明确,近年其发病率逐年上升。中西医对NLBP防治均有研究,西医多采用药物或手术治疗,缺乏特异性疗法,疗效不确切,甚至会产生一些严重的不良反应,如腹泻、呕吐等。中医药对NLBP治疗有独特优势,可从针灸、推拿、艾灸、中药及功能锻炼等方面对疾病进行干预,对NLBP有积极作用。全面了解NLBP的中医药治疗进展有助于提高疗效、缓解患者痛苦、降低致残率、加速康复、减少复发。Nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)is a very common clinical disease,which is clinically characterized by long-term recurrent lower back pain.The pathogenesis of NLBP is complex,but the specific etiology is not clear at present,and its incidence is increasing year by year in recent years.There are studies on the prevention and treatment of NLBP in both Chinese and western medicine.Western medicine mostly uses drugs or surgery,which lacks specific therapy and has inaccurate efficacy,and even produces some serious side effects,such as diarrhea,vomiting etc.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in NLBP treatment,which can intervene in NLBP from acupuncture,massage,moxibustion,TCM medication and functional exercise,with positive effect on NLBP.A comprehensive understanding of the progress of TCM treatment of NLBP can help to improve the efficacy,relieve the patients′pain,reduce the disability rate,speed up the recovery,and reduce the recurrence.
