摘  要:桔梗是临床常用的具有宣肺、祛痰、利咽之功的中药,其主要成分具有良好的心血管药理效应,但由于桔梗成分组成复杂,目前关于其各组分相互作用后影响心血管系统的研究仍较少。桔梗的心血管效应与保护心肌、抗动脉粥样硬化、抑制心室重构等机制有关。随着现代药理学研究的飞速发展,可在细胞学、分子学等领域开展相关研究,从而进一步明确桔梗及其有效成分提取物在心血管系统药理学中的作用机制,以指导临床应用和新药研发,为心血管疾病的治疗提供新思路。Platycodon grandiflorum is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic,which can promote the lung,expel phlegm and promote the pharynx,and its main components have good cardiovascular pharmacological effects.However,due to the complex composition of Platycodon grandiflorum,there are still few studies on the effects of its components on the cardiovascular system after interactions between them.The cardiovascular effect of Platycodon grandiflorum is related to the mechanisms of myocardial protection,anti-atherosclerosis and inhibition of ventricular remodeling.With the rapid development of modern pharmacological research,relevant research can be carried out in cytology,molecular science and other fields,so as to further clarify the mechanism of Platycodon grandiflorum and its active ingredient extracts in cardiovascular system pharmacology,to guide the clinical application and new drug research and development,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
