摘　　要：要地防空反无人机作战是国家空天防御作战体系的重要组成部分,如何有效防范以小型无人机为主要载体的新型空天威胁是亟须解决的现实问题。指挥控制系统是建立反无人作战指挥体系、实现高效拦截来袭无人机目标的关键,厘清反无人机指挥控制系统的能力需求是推动要地防空反无人作战体系构建的重要基础和前提。在分析当前要地防空反无人机作战面临的现实威胁基础上,探索反无人机作战指挥控制系统的能力需求,并从加强指控系统建设规划、优化智能化指控系统架构、加强智能化指控技术应用等4个方面提出加强反无人机指挥控制系统智能化发展的对策,以期为提升反无人作战能力提供参考。The air defense and anti-UAV operations in key areas are an important part of the national air and space defense system.How new types of air and space threats,such as swarm attacks and suicide attacks carried out by small-sized UAVs,can be effectively prevented is a problem that needs to be resolved urgently.The command and control system is the key to the establishment of an anti-UAV combat command system and for the efficient interception of UAV targets.Therefore,determining the capability requirements of an anti-UAV command and control system is an important foundation upon which the construction of the anti-UAV unmanned combat system in the air defense of key areas is premised.By analyzing the current threats faced by the air defense and anti-UAV operations in key areas,the capability requirements of the anti-UAV command and control system are evaluated and explored.In addition,to offer insights to improve the anti-UAV combat ability,measures to strengthen the development of anti-UAV command and control system intelligence are proposed in many aspects:strengthening the construction planning of the command and control system,optimizing the structure of the intelligent command and control system,and strengthening the application of intelligent command and control technology.
