摘 要:目的:探究糖尿病性白内障患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化及其意义。方法:抽取2020年6月至2021年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的59例糖尿病性白内障患者为观察组,另抽取同期收治的轻度眼外伤患者60例为对照组1,糖尿病非白内障患者40例为对照组2。采集三组患者入院2 h内的血液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测MDA、GSH和VEGF水平,比较三组患者血清MDA、GSH、VEGF水平的变化。结果:观察组VEGF、MDA水平高于对照组1和对照组2,GSH水平低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05);对照组2 VEGF、MDA水平高于对照组1,GSH水平低于对照组1(P<0.05)。结论:机体的氧化应激和糖尿病性白内障的发生发展关系密切,VEGF在糖尿病性白内障患者视网膜病变的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of levels of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods Fifty-nine patients with diabetic cataract admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group;while 60 patients with mild ocular trauma admitted during the same time period were selected as control group 1;moreover,40 patients with diabetes and non cataract were selected as control group 2.The blood samples from three groups of patients within 2 hours after admission were collected.The levels of MDA,GSH,and VEGF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of serum MDA,GSH and VEGF of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of VEGF and MDA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 1 and control group 2,while the level of GSH was lower than that in the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF and MDA in the control group 2 were higher than those in the control group 1,while the level of GSH was lower than that in the control group 1(P<0.05).Conclusions The development of diabetic cataract is related to oxidative stress in the body,and VEGF plays an important role in the pathogenesis of retinopathy in patients with diabetic cataract.
