摘 要:目的:比较低剂量(3~5 mg/kg)及高剂量红霉素(10~15 mg/kg)治疗小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法:抽取2021年1月至2022年12月聊城市第二人民医院收治的100例FD患儿为研究对象,采用区间随机法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组接受高剂量红霉素(10~15 mg/kg)治疗,研究组接受低剂量红霉素(3~5 mg/kg)治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况。比较两组治疗前后功能性胃肠疾病生活质量量表(FDDQL)评分、尼平消化不良指数(NDI)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(96.00%,48/50)高于对照组(84.00%,42/50),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组NDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FDDQL评分(日常活动、饮食、不适症状、疾病控制)均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(2.00%,1/50)低于对照组(14.00%,7/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与高剂量红霉素(10~15 mg/kg)相比,低剂量红霉素(3~5 mg/kg)治疗小儿FD的效果更佳,且安全性高。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of low-dose(3-5 mg/kg)and high-dose(10-15 mg/kg)erythromycin on functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods A total of 100 children with FD admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random-interval method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received high-dose erythromycin(10-15 mg/kg)treatment,and the study group received low-dose erythromycin(3-5 mg/kg)treatment.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The functional digestive disorders quality of life questionnaire(FDDQL)score and Nepean dyspepsia index(NDI)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%,42/50),P<0.05.After treatment,the NDI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDDQL scores(daily activities,diet,discomfort symptoms,and disease control)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.00%,1/50)was lower than that in the control group(14.00%,7/50),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with high-dose erythromycin(10-15 mg/kg),low-dose erythromycin(3-5 mg/kg)has better therapeutic effects and good safety in the treatment of FD in children.
