摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合贝那普利治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法:抽取2019年2月至2021年9月商丘市第一人民医院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者120例,按照治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予标准治疗+贝那普利治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀,比较两组临床效果、收缩压、舒张压、心绞痛发作及血脂情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.7%,58/60)高于对照组(78.3%,47/60),P<0.05。治疗组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组,血脂各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联合贝那普利治疗高血压合并冠心病效果明显,可改善血压和血脂水平,有利于减轻心绞痛症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with benazepril on hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from February 2019 to September 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by standard therapy and benazepril treatment,while the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,angina pectoris attack and blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.7%,58/60)was higher than that of the control group(78.3%,47/60),P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,less times of angina pectoris attacks,shorter duration of angina pectoris attacks,and better levels of blood lipid indexes(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with benazepril has obvious curative effect on hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease,and it can improve blood pressure and blood lipid,which is beneficial to relieve angina symptoms.
