摘  要:目的探讨追踪方法学在消化内镜终末漂洗水污染事件调查中的应用。方法通过运用追踪方法学对终末漂洗纯化水生物学监测不合格事件进行现场追踪,确定软式内镜终末漂洗用水质量管理评价内容及追踪路线;并利用追踪方法对终末漂洗用水质量管理工作进行质量评价及风险评估,制定具体改进措施。比较质量改进方案实施前后纯化水生物学监测合格率、消毒内镜再处理质量检测合格率及护理人员相关知识与技能掌握程度。结果追踪方法学实施前后,纯化水生物学检测合格率从35.00%(42/120)提升至76.87%(103/134)(P<0.001);护理人员相关知识和技能得分由(52.75±13.23)分提高至(74.95±9.93)分(P<0.001);消毒内镜再处理质量并未受到影响。结论应用追踪方法学可有效改进终末漂洗用水质量管理工作,实现终末漂洗纯化水质量改进可持续化。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of tracking methodology in the investigation of contamination of final rinse water in digestive endoscopy. METHODS Through the use of tracking methodology for on-site tracking of the nonconformity events of the biological monitoring of the final rinse purified water, the content of the evaluation of the quality management of the final rinse water for the soft endoscope and the tracking routes were determined, and the tracking method was used to conduct the quality evaluation and risk assessment of the quality management of final rinse water, and to formulate specific improvement measures.The qualification rate of biological monitoring of purified water, the qualification rate of quality detection of disinfection endoscope reprocessing, and the mastery of relevant knowledge and skills of nursing staff were compared before and after the implementation of the quality improvement plan. RESULTS Before and after the implementation of the tracking methodology, the qualified rate of biological detection of purified water increased from 35.00%(42/120) to 76.87%(103/134)(P<0.001), the score of nurses′ relevant knowledge and skills increased from(52.75±13.23) to(74.95±9.93)(P<0.001), the quality of disinfection endoscope reprocessing was not affected. CONCLUSION The application of tracking methodology could effectively improve the quality management of final rinse water and achieve sustainable quality improvement of final rinse purified water.
