摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法构建儿童支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)药物治疗管理(medication therapy management,MTM)门诊服务体系,并评价其可靠性。方法结合文献资料及临床实践,采用德尔菲法对专家进行函询,确定儿童BA MTM门诊服务体系具体内容。结果共行2轮专家函询,每轮均发放问卷25份,问卷回收率100%,最终形成3个一级条目、12个二级条目及55个三级条目的儿童BA MTM门诊服务体系。2轮函询的专家权威系数分别为0.88、0.89,专家协调系数为0.206~0.272,专家权威程度较高,专家意见较一致,结果可靠。结论通过德尔菲法建立儿童BA MTM门诊服务体系内容科学、可靠。Objective To construct and evaluate the reliability of outpatient service system of medication therapy management(MTM)for children with bronchial asthma(BA)based on Delphi method.Methods According to the literature and clinical practice,Delphi method was used to consult the experts to determine the specific contents of the outpatient service system of MTM for children's BA.Results A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and 25 questionnaires were sent out in each round,and the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%.Finally,an outpatient service system of MTM for children's BA with 3 first-level items,12 second-level items and 55 third-level items was formed.The expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence was 0.88,0.89,and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.206-0.272,respectively.The expert authority degree was high,the expert opinions were consistent,and the results were reliable.Conclusion The contents of the outpatient service system for MTM of BA in children established by Delphi method are scientific and reliable.
