热淋清颗粒联合头孢地嗪钠防治男性淋病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究热淋清颗粒联合头孢地嗪钠治疗男性淋病的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月80例男性淋病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(头孢地嗪钠治疗)和观察组(头孢地嗪钠联合热淋清颗粒治疗),各40例,并对比临床疗效。结果两组总有效率对比,观察组高于对照组(100.00%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组D3、D8淋球菌阳性率分别为37.35%、2.50%,低于对照组的62.50%、22.50%。治疗后两组白介素(interleukin,IL)-10、IL-6以及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项生活质量评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率(2.50%)与对照组(7.50%)差异不显著,观察组的淋病并发症发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(25.00%)(P<0.05)。结论男性淋病患者接受热淋清颗粒治疗后,淋球菌阳性率显著降低,血清炎性因子、生活质量也得到显著改善,治疗安全性高,对并发症起到有效预防效果,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effects of Relinqing granules combined with cefodizime sodium in the treatment of male gonorrhea.Methods A total of 80 male patients with gonorrhea from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected,grouped according to random number table method.There were 40 cases in the control group(treated with cefodizime sodium)and 40 cases in the observation group(treated with cefodizime sodium combined with Relinqing granules),and compare clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(100.00%vs 80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of gonococci in the observation group on D3 and D8 were 37.35%and 2.50%,respectively,lower than the 62.50%and 22.50%in the control group.After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-10,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin both groups were decreased,and the levels of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups of patients were improved,and these indicators of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group(2.50%)and the control group(7.50%).The incidence of gonorrhea complications in the observation group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of male gonorrhea patients with Relinqing granules,the positive rate of gonococci was significantly reduced,the serum inflammatory factors and quality of life of the patients were also significantly improved,and the treatment was safe.It had an effective prevention effect on the occurrence of complications,with significant clinical application value.
