摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中是脑血管疾病的主要类型,也是导致全球人类残疾和死亡的主要原因之一。近年来,针灸一直被世界卫生组织推荐为预防和治疗缺血性脑卒中的替代和补充疗法。微RNA(miRNA)是一种非编码RNA分子,其可通过调节炎症反应、血管新生、神经发生等生理病理过程改善缺血性脑卒中,并且正在成为缺血性脑卒中和其他疾病的关键分子介质。通过针灸调控miRNA已被证明可有效调节缺血性脑卒中的病理变化。因此,深入了解针灸调控miRNA在缺血性脑卒中中的作用机制,可为缺血性脑卒中的治疗进一步提供科学依据。Ischemic stroke is the main type of cerebrovascular disease and one of the main causes of human disability and death worldwide.In recent years,acupuncture has been a recommended alternative and complementary therapy for the prevention and treatment of ischemia stroke by the World Health Organization.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of non-coding RNA molecule,which can improve ischemic stroke by regulating inflammatory response,angiogenesis,neurogenesis and other physiological and pathological processes,and is becoming a key molecule medium in ischemic stroke and other diseases.Regulation of miRNA by acupuncture has been proven to be effective in modulating the pathological changes of ischemic stroke.Therefore,an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture regulating miRNA in ischemic stroke can further provide scientific basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
