摘  要:Abelson酪氨酸激酶(c-Abl)是一种非受体型酪氨酸激酶,它广泛参与信号转导、DNA损伤修复、细胞增殖与凋亡周期调控以及基因转录调控等重要细胞生物学过程,在肿瘤尤其是慢性粒细胞白血病的发生发展过程中起重要作用。c-Abl广泛参与机体免疫系统发育和免疫应答等生物学过程。此外,许多使用c-Abl抑制剂的患者伴发细菌、病毒、真菌感染性疾病。因此,研究c-Abl在宿主感染性疾病中的作用,有助于为以c-Abl为靶点药物治疗出现感染的临床现象提供合理解释,为今后规避以c-Abl为靶点药物的不良反应提供理论依据。Abelson tyrosine kinase(c-Abl)is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase,and it is widely involved in signal transduction,DNA damage repair,regulation in cell proliferation and apoptosis,as well as modulation in gene transcription,which performs an important role in the development of cancer,especially in chronic myeloid leukemia.c-Abl is also widely involved in the development of the immune system and immune response.Besides,many patients who use the c-Abl inhibitors are associated with bacterial,viral,and fungal infections;therefore,the study of the role of c-Abl in host infectious diseases is helpful to provide a reasonable explanation for this clinical phenomenon of the c-Abl targeted drug therapy and a theoretical basis for avoiding the adverse effects of the c-Abl targeted drug in the future.
