摘  要:皮肤干燥症是一种以表皮层干燥为主要表现的临床症状,外源性因素(如紫外线暴露、频繁洗浴、环境、季节改变)以及内源性因素(如年龄增长、口服药物、特定疾病)均可引起皮肤干燥症状,严重时出现脱屑、瘙痒,迁延不愈则导致表皮增生肥厚,严重影响美观及患者的生活质量,已成为临床亟须解决的关键问题。建立可靠的皮肤干燥症动物模型能够为进一步研发皮肤干燥症的有效治疗手段搭建平台与桥梁。由于皮肤干燥症的病因及模型动物的皮肤屏障特性不尽相同,目前有多种动物及造模方法可供研究选择。Skin xerosis is a kind of clinical symptom mainly manifested by the dryness of the epidermis.Exogenous factors such as exposing in ultraviolet,frequent bathing,environmental and seasonal factors,and endogenous factors such as age,oral medication and specific diseases can cause dry skin symptoms.In severe cases desquamation and pruritus will occur,and delayed healing will lead to epidermal hypertrophy,seriously impactingthe beauty and quality of life of the patients,and has become an urgent clinical problem to be solved.The establishment of a reliable animal model of skin xerosis can provide a platform and bridge for further research and development of effective treatment for skin xerosis.Because the etiology of xerosis and skin barrier characteristics of different animals are different,there are many animals and modeling methods available for the research.
