摘　　要：负荷超声心动图(SE)被认为是评估冠心病的重要工具,近年来越来越多地用于非缺血性心脏病等其他心血管疾病的评估。肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是常见的遗传性心脏疾病,猝死发生率高,因此HCM的准确诊断及全面评估至关重要。应用SE可动态评估HCM患者梗阻情况、瓣膜功能、心室机械力学、心肌功能障碍、心电图和血压变化等,有助于发现静息状态下未能识别的心血管功能异常,现已成为临床及研究的热点。SE作为安全、经济、易于重复的无创检查手段,具有广阔的临床应用前景。Stress echocardiography(SE)is considered as an important tool for assessing coronary heart disease and has recently been increasingly used in the assessment of other cardiovascular diseases such as non-ischemic heart disease.Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a common inherited heart disease with a high incidence of sudden death,therefore the accurate diagnosis and comprehensive evaluation of HCM are crucial.The application of SE can dynamically evaluate the obstruction status,valve function,ventricular mechanics,myocardial dysfunction,electrocardiogram and blood pressure changes in the HCM patients,which can help to detect abnormalities of cardiovascular function unidentified in the rest state,and has become a focus in the clinic and research.As a safe,economical,easy-to-repeat and non-invasive examination method,SE has broad clinical application prospects.
