摘 要:桥本甲状腺炎(HT)多由超声检查发现,甲状腺组织的大小、内部回声、血流等级的分析可为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。通常临床医师通过触诊判断HT患者甲状腺组织纤维化程度,主观性强,缺乏客观参考标准。传统超声技术依赖组织声阻抗差成像,而超声弹性成像(UE)技术依赖于组织机械特性(弹性)成像,能够无创、定量地评估组织纤维化程度,近年多应用于甲状腺、乳腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断,且具有一定的应用价值。因此,研究UE技术在HT及其合并甲状腺结节中的诊断价值将为判断HT患者甲状腺纤维化程度、结节硬度提供参考依据。Hashimoto′s thyroiditis(HT)is usually discovered by ultrasound examination.The analysis of the size,internal echo and blood flow grade of thyroid tissue in the patients provides a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Clinicians usually judge the degree of thyroid fibrosis in HT patients by palpation,which is highly subjective and lacks objective reference standards.Traditional ultrasound technology relies on tissue acoustic impedance difference imaging,while ultrasonic elastic imaging(UE)technology relies on tissue mechanical properties(elasticity)imaging,which can noninvasively and quantitatively assess the degree of tissue fibrosis.In recent years,UE has been widely used in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules of thyroid and breast,and has certain applicative value.Therefore,studying the diagnostic value of UE technology in HT disease and associated thyroid nodules will provide a reference for judging the degree of thyroid fibrosis and nodule hardness in HT patients.
