摘  要:心肌纤维化是心肌损伤后出现的病理性重塑,主要表现为富含胶原蛋白的细胞外基质过度沉积和纤维瘢痕形成,过度的心肌不良重塑最终导致心脏的收缩和舒张功能障碍,引起心律失常、心力衰竭等疾病。软骨中间层蛋白1(CILP-1)是一种细胞外基质蛋白,其主要发挥抗心肌纤维化的作用,但在特殊情况下也会促进心肌成纤维细胞增殖。CILP-1是一种可以便捷测量的生物标志物,相关临床试验结果也肯定了其作为心肌纤维化新型标志物的潜力,有望为心肌纤维化的预防和治疗提供新策略。Myocardial fibrosis is a pathological remodeling that occurs after myocardial injury,mainly manifested by excessive deposition of collagen-rich extracellular matrix and fibrous scar formation.Excessive poor myocardial remodeling eventually leads to systolic and diastolic dysfunction of the heart,causing arrhythmias,heart failure and other diseases.Cartilage intermediate layer protein 1(CILP-1)is an extracellular matrix protein that primarily acts as an anti-myocardial fibrosis agent,but may also promote myocardial fibroblast proliferation under specific circumstances.CILP-1 is a biomarker that can be easily measured,and relevant clinical trial results affirm its potential as a novel marker of myocardial fibrosis,and it is expected to provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of myocardial fibrosis.
