摘  要:长链游离脂肪酸(LCFFA)是一类调节机体代谢的重要物质,既可进入细胞激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARs)等核受体,又可在细胞外作为配体激活G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)(GPR40和GPR120)。无论是PPARs还是GPR40和GPR120,均在机体各种生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。通过激活相应受体通路,LCFFA调节脂肪、肝脏、骨骼肌、胃肠和胰腺等代谢关键组织器官的激素分泌和物质代谢等过程,实现摄食或饥饿等状态下代谢的协调整合。目前认为,LCFFA受体通路异常与一些代谢性疾病之间存在重要联系。因此,分析整理该通路及其中的重要分子可能为许多代谢性疾病的治疗提供新思路。Long-chain free fatty acid(LCFFA)are important substances that regulate the metabolism of the body,which can not only enter cells to activate nuclear receptors such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs),but also act as ligands to activate G-protein coupled receptor(GPCR)(GPR40 and GPR120).Both PPARs,GPR40 and GPR120,play important roles in various physiological and pathological processes.By activating the receptor signaling pathways,LCFFA regulate the hormone secretion and cellular substance metabolism in the critical tissues and organs for metabolism such as adipose tissue,liver,skeletal muscle,gut and pancreas,in which the metabolism under different statuses such as feeding and fasting can achieve coordination and integration.At present,it is believed that there is a tight relationship between abnormal LCFFA receptor signaling and metabolic diseases.Therefore,the analysis of this pathway and its important molecules may provide new ideas for the treatment of many metabolic diseases.
