摘  要:维生素D和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)均是与骨骼生长相关的重要因子,但两者并非独立作用于骨骼系统,而是存在一定的相互作用。维生素D可促进肝脏和骨组织中的IGF-1表达,亦可促进循环和局部组织中的IGF-1合成和分泌,且血清维生素D水平与IGF-1水平呈正相关。但目前关于维生素D与IGF-1的关系仍存在争议。因此,未来深入研究维生素D与IGF-1的相关性,可以为维生素D缺乏性疾病的治疗提供新思路,促进矮身材儿童骨骼生长。Vitamin D and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)are important factors related to bone growth.However,they do not act independently on the bone system,and there is a certain interaction between them.Vitamin D can promote the expression of IGF-1 in liver and bone tissue,and can also stimulate the production of serum and local IGF-1.And vitamin D is positively correlated with IGF-1.However,there are still controversies on the relationship between vitamin D and IGF-1.Therefore,future in-depth research on the correlation between vitamin D and IGF-1 can provide new ideas for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency diseases and promote bone growth in children with short stature.
