摘 要:近年来,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发病率逐年升高,其致死率亦较高。因此,如何提高患者临床疗效及寻找准确评估临床疗效的指标一直是研究重点。因COPD病程长及复发率较高的特性,单一的使用治愈率评估患者临床疗效存在一定局限性。随着心率变异性(HRV)研究的不断深入,HRV逐渐应用于COPD患者病情严重程度及疗效评价中。HRV可通过监测COPD患者不同治疗时间的心率变化,了解COPD病情严重程度,从而进一步了解患者的治疗效果,预测患者的预后情况。故分析HRV在COPD病情严重程度及临床疗效评价中的应用价值,有望为COPD患者的临床效果评估提供新思路。In recent years,the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is increasing year by year,and its fatality rate is also high.Therefore,how to improve the clinical efficacy and to find accurate evaluation of clinical efficacy indicators has always been the focus of research.Due to the long course of COPD and the high recurrence rate,the single use of cure rate to evaluate the clinical efficacy has certain limitations.With the deepening of research on heart rate variability(HRV),HRV has been gradually applied in the severity assessment and efficacy evaluation of COPD patients.HRV can monitor the heart rate changes of COPD patients at different treatment times to understand the severity of COPD,so as to further understand the therapeutic effect and predict the prognosis of the patients.Therefore,the application value of HRV in COPD severity assessment and clinical efficacy evaluation is expected to provide a new idea for the clinical effect evaluation of patients with COPD.
