摘　　要：骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少、骨微结构退化和骨脆性增加的常见疾病。随着世界人口老龄化的加剧,其发病率呈逐年升高趋势,因此,针对骨质疏松症的防治受到越来越多的重视。近年来,传统中药治疗骨质疏松症作用机制方面的研究不断深入,发现其与细胞自噬作用、成骨细胞与破骨细胞的活性以及间充质干细胞的定向分化等因素关系密切。因此,结合中药有效成分对骨质疏松症的作用和精准信号调节通路,可为骨质疏松症的防治提供理论依据和潜在治疗靶点。Osteoporosis is a common disease characterized by a reduction in bone mass,deterioration of bone microarchitecture and increased bone fragility.As the aging of the world′s population intensifies,its incidence is increasing year by year,therefore more and more attention is being paid to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.In recent years,as research into the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis has been continuously deepening,it has been found that it is closely related to the autophagy of cells,the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and the directed differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.Therefore,the combination of the effects of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoporosis and the precise regulatory signaling pathways may provide a theoretical basis and potential therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
