摘 要:铁作为机体的一种必需微量元素,除生理作用下参与人体各项生物学过程外,也参与了多种疾病的发生和发展。铁死亡是近年来发现的一种新型细胞死亡方式,目前其主要机制有铁超载、氧化应激、活性氧的积累等,铁死亡在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)的发生中起重要作用。此外,铁死亡及相关信号转导机制已被证明介导胎盘功能障碍,使滋养细胞丧失正常的生物学功能,干扰铁稳态,参与HDP的发病。因此,未来深入了解铁代谢在HDP中的作用机制,有利于开发治疗HDP的靶向药物。As an essential trace element,iron is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases,in addition to various biological processes of the human body under physiological effects.Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death discovered in recent years.At present,the main discovered mechanisms include iron overload,oxidative stress,accumulation of reactive oxygen species,etc.Ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).In addition,ferroptosis and related signal transduction mechanisms have been shown to mediate placental dysfunction,deprive trophoblasts of normal biological function,interfere with iron homeostasis,and participate in the pathogenesis of HDP.Therefore,in the future,in-depth understanding of the mechanism of iron metabolism in HDP is conducive to the development of targeted drugs for HDP treatment.
