摘  要:脑损伤是一种严重的早产儿继发损害,对患儿的生长发育和生活均有严重影响,但目前其临床治疗方法仍较局限。胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与生命早期中枢神经的发育密切相关,早产儿体内的IGF-1水平低于同月龄宫内胎儿,而持续低水平IGF-1可增加早产儿脑损伤风险。IGF-1作为细胞增殖的多功能调节因子,可通过多种信号通路影响未成熟脑的生长发育以及损伤后的神经修复,抑制神经细胞凋亡,促进细胞的分化增殖和髓鞘生成等。IGF-1在早产儿脑损伤中反应敏感,可作为临床辅助检查,从而为早产儿脑损伤的治疗提供帮助。Brain injury is a serious secondary damage to premature infants,which will have a serious impact on the growth,development and life of the children,but the current clinical treatment is still limited.Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)is closely related to the development of central nervous system in early life.The level of IGF-1 in premature infants is lower than that in intrauterine fetuses of the same month age,and the continuous low level of IGF-1 can increase the risk of brain injury in premature infants.IGF-1,as a cell proliferation multifunctional regulator,can affect the growth and development of immature brain and nerve repair after injury through a variety of signal pathways,inhibit neuronal apoptosis,promote cell differentiation and proliferation and myelination.IGF-1 is sensitive to brain injury in premature infants and can be used as a clinical auxiliary examination to help the treatment of brain injury in premature infants.
