摘　　要：早期宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌患者淋巴结转移对手术方式的制订、预后评估及术后补充治疗的选择均具有重要意义。吲哚菁绿通过达芬奇机器人搭载的近红外荧光成像系统在前哨淋巴结检测中具有较大优势,克服了开腹和传统腹腔镜手术的不足,不仅可减少传统分期手术清扫淋巴结后的并发症,还可准确判断淋巴结的转移状况,目前越来越多地应用于妇科肿瘤领域的临床实践,但其普及和推广仍受到各种因素的限制。因此,未来扩大达芬奇机器人手术系统的临床应用范围,可以使更多妇科肿瘤患者从微创手术治疗中获益。The presence of metastatic lymph nodes in patients with early-stage cervical and endometrial cancer is important for the operation program,prognostic evaluation,and the selection of postoperative complementary therapy.Indocyanine green has a great advantage in sentinel lymph node detection through the near-infrared fluorescence imaging system configured by Da Vinci robot,overcoming the shortcomings in open and conventional laparoscopic surgical procedures,which both reduces complications after lymph node removal by conventional staging surgery and accurately assesses the status of lymph node metastasis.It has been more and more used in clinical practice of gynecologic tumor field,although its popularity and promotion are still limited by various factors.Therefore,the future expanding of the clinical application scope of the Da Vinci robotic surgical system can benefit more patients with gynecologic tumors from minimally invasive surgery.
