摘　　要：干血滴技术是使用少量全血滴于滤纸上晾干后制成干血斑样本用于血液代谢物的检测。因其具有采集简易、便于运输、适于贮存及人群筛查的优势逐渐引起广泛关注,但国内标准制备程序尚未见共识。标准的干血滴滤纸卡、采集、干燥、转运及其质量控制方法尤为重要,目前其主要用于新生儿先天性疾病(如遗传性酪氨酸血症、苯丙酮尿症和杜氏肌营养不良)检测,乙型肝炎、获得性免疫缺陷综合征和新型冠状病毒感染等传染病实验诊断,以及兴奋剂、治疗药物、免疫抑制剂监测。质谱技术和自动化的进展,将促进干血滴方法更广泛的应用。The dried blood drop technique uses a small amount of whole blood to dry on a filter paper to make a dried blood spot sample for the detection of blood metabolites.The advantages of its simple collection,easy transportation,suitable for storage and population screening have attracted more and more attention,but there is no consensus on the standard preparation procedure in China.The standard filter paper card for dried blood droplets,collection,drying,transportation and quality control methods are important.At present,it is mainly used for the detection of neonatal congenital diseases(such as hereditary tyrosinemia,phenylketonuria and Duchenne muscular dystrophy),experimental diagnosis of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B,acquired immune deficiency syndrome and novel coronavirus,and monitoring of stimulants,therapeutic drugs and immunosuppressants.The development of mass spectrometry technology and automation will further promote the wide application of dried blood drop method.
