摘　　要：肛肠疾病是人类特有的常见病,多采用外科手术进行治疗。而疾病本身及手术创伤均会引起剧烈的疼痛,影响手术进程,降低患者术后康复质量。酒石酸布托啡诺为阿片类受体激动-拮抗剂,被广泛应用于肛肠手术患者围手术期镇痛镇静过程,可通过超前镇痛、术中使用、术后使用的方式缓解患者围手术期疼痛程度,维持机体一般生命体征稳定,并能在一定程度上降低术后不良反应发生率。但目前临床对于酒石酸布托啡诺的最佳给药途径及使用剂量尚存在一定争议,未来还需临床进行进一步研究分析。Anorectal disease is a common disease peculiar to human beings,which is often treated by surgery.The disease itself and surgical trauma can cause intense pain,affect the surgical process,and reduce the quality of postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.Butorphanol tartrate is an opioid receptor agonist-antagonist,which is widely used in the perioperative analgesia and sedation process of the patients with anorectal surgery.It can alleviate the perioperative pain of the patients through preemptive analgesia,intraoperative use and postoperative use,maintain the stability of general vital signs,and decrease the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions to a certain extent.However,there are still some controversies about the optimal route of administration and dosage of butorphanol tartrate in clinical practice,and further clinical research and analysis are still needed in the future.
