美韩同盟中的台湾问题

摘　　要：随着中美战略博弈加剧,朝鲜半岛局势持续升级,东北亚地区阵营化日趋显现。在此形势下,台湾问题正在成为美韩同盟升级重塑的重要组成部分,韩国与中国台湾地区关系也将重新得到调整。对于美国而言,对外部威胁的强化将成为同盟巩固的黏合剂,而台湾问题无疑会使美韩加强共识,共同应对所谓“中国的挑战”。而对于韩国而言,面对朝鲜的直接威胁,韩国无法在台湾问题上全力协助美国,更担心会被直接卷入中美的冲突之中。因此,台湾问题反而成为美韩同盟新的矛盾点。As the strategic game between China and the United States intensifies,the situation on the Korean Peninsula continues to escalate,and the Northeast Asia region is becoming increasingly divided.In this situation,the Taiwan question is becoming an important part of the upgrading and reshaping of the U.S.-ROK alliance,and Taiwan-ROK relations will also be readjusted.For the United States,the strengthening of external threats will become the glue for alliance consolidation,and the Taiwan question will undoubtedly strengthen the consensus between the United States and ROK to jointly respond to the"China challenge."As for ROK,however,facing the direct threat from DPRK,it cannot fully assist the United States on the Taiwan region militarily and economically.It is even more worried about being directly involved in the conflict between China and the United States.The Taiwan question,from ROK's perspective,has instead become a new point of division in the U.S.-ROK alliance.This kind of interaction between large countries and small countries in the alliance system will become a new form in the drastic evolution of the international landscape.
