摘　　要：目的构建助孕者重组人促卵泡激素注射笔自行注射能力评估表,并进行信效度检验。方法通过参考文献、专家咨询形成初稿,经预调查结果修改初稿得到重组人促卵泡激素注射笔自行注射能力评估表终稿,包含注射相关知识和注射操作两个子表。在百色市某三级甲等医院生殖医学中心,选取2020年1月-2023年3月体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)第一周期采用评估表评估重组人促卵泡激素注射笔自行注射能力的助孕者328例(531例次)作为调查对象。分析评估表的内部一致性信度(Cronbach’sα系数)、重测信度、条目水平的内容效度指数(item-level content validity index,I-CVI)、平均量表水平的内容效度指数(average scale-level content validity index,SCVI/Ave)、随机一致性概率(random consistency probability,Pc)、Kappa值,并进行层次分析、KMO和巴特利特球形检验(kaiser-meyer-olkin and Bartlett sphericity test,KMO和Bartlett球形检验)、探索性因子分析(exploratory factor analysis,EFA)和项目分析。结果评估表总体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.832,重测信度为0.885;各条目I-CVI为0.80~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.70~1.00,Pc为0.031~0.156,Kappa值为0.76~1.00,CR值为0;KMO值为0.792,近似χ^(2)值为4331.941(P<0.001);探索性因子分析共提取得到6个公因子,各条目共同度在0.424~0.934,累积方差解释率为75.604%;项目分析显示20项均具有良好的区分性(P<0.001)。结论重组人促卵泡激素注射笔自行注射能力评估表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为生殖医学专科护士对助孕者自行注射能力的测评工具。Objective The evaluation scale of the self-injection capacity using recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone injection pen for infertile patient was established and the reliability and validity were tested.Methods The first draft was formed by reference and expert consultation.The final draft of evaluation scale of self-injection capacity using recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone injection pen was obtained by revising the first draft based on the preliminary survey results,including two subtabulations of knowledge related to injection and injection operation.In reproductive medicine center of grade A tertiary hospital in Baise,328 infertile patients(531 person-times)who were evaluated the self-injection capacity using recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone injection pen by the evaluation scale in the first ovulation induction cycle of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET),from January 2020 to March 2023,were selected as the respondent,to analyze and evaluate the internal consistency reliability(Cronbach'sαcoefficient),retest reliability,item-level content validity index(I-CVI),average scalelevel content validity index(S-CVI/Ave),random consistency probability(Pc),Kappa value,and perform hierarchical analysis,kaiser-meyer-olkin and Bartlett sphericity test(KMO and Bartlett sphericity test),exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and item analysis.Results For the whole evaluation scale,Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.832,and retest reliability was 0.885.In each item,the values of I‐CVI ranged from 0.80 to 1.00,S‐CVI/Ave from 0.70 to 1.00,Pc from 0.031 to 0.156,Kappa value from 0.76 to 1.00,CR value was 0.KMO value was 0.792,approximate chi-square value was 4331.941(P<0.001).A total of 6 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the common degree ranged from 0.424 to 0.934 in each item,the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 75.604%.Item analysis showed that all 20 items had good differentiation(P<0.001).Conclusion The evaluation scale of self-inject ca
