摘　　要：目的探讨诊断相关分组(diagnosis-related group,DRG)支付模式对医院运营管理的影响。方法选择2022年1—6月山东中医药大学第二附属医院收治的120例住院患者作为研究对象,其中2022年1—3月收治的60例住院患者为对照组,2022年4—6月收治的60例住院患者为试验组。试验组采用DRG支付模式,对照组采用常规支付模式。比较两组病床周转率、质量指标(手术并发症发生率、院内感染发生率、再入院率)、医疗资源利用效率以及患者满意度。结果试验组患者的病床周转率、手术并发症发生率、院内感染发生率、再入院率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,试验组的医疗资源利用效率以及患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院运营管理中采用DRG支付模式能够有效缩短患者住院时间,降低风险,提高医院的效益和服务质量。Objective To explore the impact of diagnosis-related group(DRG)payment model on hospital operation management.Methods A total of 120 inpatients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,of which 60 inpatients admitted from January to March 2022 were the control group,and 60 inpatients admitted from April to June 2022 were the experimental group.The experimental group adopted the DRG payment mode,and the control group adopted the conventional payment mode.The bed turnover rate,quality index(incidence of surgical complications,incidence of nosocomial infection,readmission rate),utilization efficiency of medical resources and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The bed turnover rate,incidence of surgical complications,incidence of nosocomial infection and readmission rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the medical resource utilization efficiency and patient total satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The DRG payment model in hospital operation and management can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce risks,and improve the efficiency and service quality of hospitals.
