医护联合MDT模式的突发卫生事件演练对提高急诊应急能力的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医护联合多学科联合会诊(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式下的突发公共卫生事件演练提高急诊科应急能力的研究。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月福建省立医院南院急诊科医生16名,护士人员24名作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将医护人员分为医护演练组(20名)和医护+MDT演练组(20名);医护演练组进行常规医护人员演练,医护+MDT演练组在医护演练组的基础上,进行MDT模式的干预演练。比较两组医护人员的应急项目了解度、应急流程知晓率、应急能力检测。结果与医护演练组比较,医护+MDT演练组的医护人员各类应急项目了解度指标升高(P<0.05);应急流程总知晓率升高(P<0.05);应急能力指标升高(P<0.05)。结论医护联合MDT模式下的突发公共卫生事件演练可以提高急诊科医护人员的应急项目、应急流程了解度,提高应急能力。Objective Study on the training of public health emergencies in the mode of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)and improving the emergency response capacity of the emergency department.Methods A total of 16 doctors and 24 nurses in the department of emergency,Fujian Provincial Hospital South Branch from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The medical staff were divided into a medical training group(20)and a medical+MDT training group(20)by using random number table method.The medical training group conducted the routine medical personnel training,and the medical+MDT training group conducted the MDT mode intervention training on the basis of the medical training group.The understanding degree of emergency items,the awareness rate of emergency process and the detection of emergency ability of medical staff in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the medical staff in the medical training group,the understanding index of various emergency items in the medical staff in the medical+MDT training group was higher(P<0.05).The total awareness rate of emergency process increased(P<0.05).The index of emergency ability was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The public health emergency drill under MDT mode can improve the understanding of emergency items and emergency process of medical staff in emergency department,and improve the emergency response ability.
