上尿路结石伴糖尿病患者实施输尿管软镜碎石术治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析上尿路结石伴糖尿病患者实施输尿管软镜碎石术治疗的效果。方法选择2019年8月—2020年8月福建医科大学附属第二医院泌尿外科收治的86例上尿路结石伴糖尿病患者为研究样本。采取随机数字表法将其分为常规组(43例)与试验组(43例),予以常规组体外冲击波碎石术治疗,予以试验组输尿管软镜碎石手术治疗。比较两组术前以及术后1 d C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平,结石一次性清除率,并发症发生率。结果术后1 d,试验组CRP水平低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组结石一次性清除率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病伴上尿路结石患者开展输尿管软镜碎石术治疗能够获得一定治疗效果,不会显著增加并发症发生率,符合临床对治疗安全性的需求。Objective To analyze the effect of ureteroscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi with diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with upper urinary tract calculi and diabetes admitted to the department of urology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study samples.They were divided into a conventional group(43 cases)and an experimental group(43 cases)using a random number table method.They were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the conventional group and ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the experimental group.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after operation,one-time stone clearance rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The CRP level in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group one day after surgery(P<0.05).The one-time clearance rate of stones in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic lithotripsy for patients with diabetes and upper urinary calculi can achieve a certain therapeutic effect without significantly increasing complications,which meets the clinical requirements for treatment safety.
