消渴肾宝汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚血瘀证的效果

摘　　要：目的观察消渴肾宝汤联合西药治疗对糖尿病肾病气阴两虚血瘀证的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年1月到福州市中医院和福建省福能集团总医院治疗的104例糖尿病肾病气阴两虚血瘀证患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(消渴肾宝汤联合西药治疗)和对照组(常规西药治疗),各52例。比较两组中医症候单项指标评分、肾功能指标、血糖水平、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况和治疗效果。结果观察组中医症候单项指标评分、肾功能指标、血糖水平、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组无不良反应发生。结论消渴肾宝汤联合西药治疗能够有效缓解糖尿病肾病气阴两虚血瘀证患者的临床症状、促进肾功能恢复、降低血糖水平、减轻炎症反应,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the combined treatment of Xiaoke Shenbao decoction and Western medicine on diabetic nephropathy with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome treated in Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Fujian Fu'neng Group General Hospital from August 2021 to January 2023,were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with Xiaoke Shenbao decoction combined with Western medicine)and a control group(treated with conventional Western medicine),with 52 cases each.The evaluation indexes included traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function indicators,blood glucose levels,inflammation factor levels,occurrence of adverse reactions,and treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function indicators,blood glucose levels,and inflammation factor levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the treatment outcomes were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion The combined treatment of Xiaoke Shenbao decoction and Western medicine can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,promote renal function recovery,reduce blood glucose levels,and alleviate inflammatory reactions in patients with diabetic nephropathy with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It demonstrates good therapeutic effects.
